How does it work?

One-on-one partnering is a great way to add value to your event, but its delivery can be expensive and resource-intensive. Meeting Mojo™ is an inexpensive and efficient web-based software tool, designed to enable event managers to provide a full meeting scheduling service without having to take on extra staff.  The Meeting Mojo™ system empowers delegates to preschedule their own business partnering meetings online, setting their own schedules. Its automated functions ensure that the time spent on organizing and managing partnering is minimal.  Meeting Mojo™ is also versatile, having been designed for events where partnering will add value without being the main focus. With global reach, its intuitive design is familiar to thousands of delegates from over 35 countries worldwide. The Meeting Mojo™ system is powerful too, able to handle 100 to 2,000 delegates and over 10,000 meeting requests over the course of a typical event project. Meeting Mojo™ keeps your data secure and will not reveal personal contact details online.

Setup
Set up a one-on-one meetings scheduler for each of your events via your own Meeting Mojo™ dashboard. Participating delegates each get a secure personal account where they can set their availability, search attendee listings, schedule meetings with other delegates and print their  meeting schedule.

Data upload 
Upload data onto the system easily and quickly via spreadsheet, automatically creating an  account for each delegate. Optionally, enable delegate self-registration.

Partnering Launch 
The scheduler can be opened at any time via the Meeting Mojo™ dashboard, sending an automated ‘launch’ alert to all delegates.

Instant Scheduling  
Delegates request meetings by clicking on a simple grid of meeting timeslots that displays their mutual availability. Colleagues can be invited to join meetings at any time.  Accepted meeting requests are automatically assigned a meeting place and added to each participant’s printable online schedule.
You can also schedule meetings on behalf of a delegate. 

Communications 
Delegates receive a system-generated welcome email on launch. System email alerts are sent to the participants of each meeting as it is requested, accepted or cancelled. Delegates can also send messages to one another through the private, online messaging service.  An alternative email address option enables delegates to copy in an assistant on all their alerts and messages.

On Site 
The system keeps working throughout the event, providing instant view/print of delegate schedules and mastersheets displaying all meetings. The meeting booking function can be closed at any time – usually just before the start of the event.
